Who We Are
Established on 28th February 2021 in Bahria Town Lahore, GreenLand Estate & Builders began its journey with a passionate team of just 4–5 members and a clear vision — to redefine excellence in real estate services.
Since our inception, we have successfully executed and sold multiple deals across Bahria Town Lahore, earning the prestigious title of Top Deal Seller for Golf View Residencia Phase-2 (Commercial Plots) in 2023. Our expertise extends beyond sales; we have delivered multiple high-quality construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
With time, GreenLand Estate & Builders has grown into a dynamic organization with a team of 40 members, operating across four specialized departments:
Bahria Town Projects Department – Dedicated exclusively to projects in all Bahria Town cities across Pakistan.
High-Rise Projects Department – Specializing in sales and marketing for multiple premium high-rise developments.
External Projects Department – Handling projects outside Bahria Town, including DHA, Park View City, New Metro City Lahore, Etihad Town, and Al-Ghani Garden.
Construction Department – Managing and executing high-quality construction projects with precision and excellence.
We also operate multiple branches in New Metro City Lahore, Etihad Town, and Park View City Lahore under the brand name Bahria Unity Group, while our head office operates under GreenLand Estate & Builders, located at:
